This Request Form is for Large Groups who wish to bring High School students or Prospective Transfer Students to the San Marcos campus.

We are only able to accommodate groups of 10-50 students. A minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 students attending is required.

Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. As some dates may not be available, two alternate dates are required. We only host groups Tuesday-Thursday.

Information about arranging on-campus dining through Chartwell's will be included with your group's visit confirmation. Due to our high demand for on-campus housing, Texas State does not presently have a Residence Hall showroom available for viewing.

If confirmed, I agree to contact the Welcome Center at least 7 days in advance, if I wish to cancel my group's scheduled visit. *

If confirmed, I understand that if my group arrives late we may not be able to participate in all scheduled events and there may not be staff available to accommodate our group. *

If my group arrives with fewer than 1 chaperone per 10 students, I understand that a self-guided tour may be provided instead of a guided tour. *

I agree that my chaperones will be aware of the Code of Conduct for visiting groups and articulate the importance of these standards to our group.

Individual group members must remain orderly at all times. Chaperones (1 per 10 students) must remain with the group at all times. *

Visitors must conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner toward each other, University staff, students and University property. Inappropriate comments and gestures will not be tolerated. *

Any person who engages in violent and/or illegal behavior while on University owned or controlled property, or while engaged in official University business, may be removed from the premises. *
