Transfer students are assigned a Texas State catalog based on their first semester at a Texas college and have six years from the end of the semester upon which their catalog designation was based to graduate. After the expiration of such a period of time, and for some majors, students may have to meet requirements outlined in the current catalog. Where available, Transfer Planning Guides (TPGs) for up to four years prior to the current catalog may be requested using the form below. Requested TPGs may be delivered by U.S. Mail to a domestic mailing address or by email attachment, as either a printable PDF document or an assistive technology (text-to-speech) accessible MS Word document.

To request a Transfer Planning Guide in an alternate format or from a catalog year prior to the current year, complete and submit the form below. Allow for up to 5 business days for your request to be fulfilled. Feel free to request TPGs from more than one major, if needed. Assistive technology (text-to-speech) accessible documents are provided as MS Word (.docx) files, if requested.
